What piece should my friend do for a 13 the musical audition? - piece
My friend and I are auditions for the musical 13 and have no idea how to choose a piece for an audition to. He told us to prepare to sixteen bars of an uptempo pop contemporary part.
It is a Mezzo-Soprano and Belter singing and some high. Some. The music is young, 13 years, and as something that can look like that. I thought some of the Wedding Singer, but that does not just mean scream school for me.

Spring Awakening, not too unreasonable. Age is correct, the content is not at all.
When running the show, one of the cast members, Caitlin Gann, said he sang a song by Kelly Clarkson. What's your favorite pop song friend?
Perhaps some of Disney? Caitlin says NO high school musical, but perhaps a star Disney song? Something Demi Lovato, Miley Cyrus, Vanessa Hugens, Ashley Tisdale ...
Caitlin has also indicated to prevent the songs from the show, but your friend must become familiar with them, in case she gets a right of withdrawal or something, Yann?
and out of curiosity, what is it for an audition? a tour, click on the school ...? i loved 13 and I asked myself:)

oh wow! 13, the Musical? Man, I did not even know that they had begun, the theatrical release of. That's a great show! Good luck with your audition. Hmm ... Well, you could try the song "Spring Awakening" Have you heard the Broadway show? East tour to. This is very good for teenagers. And "Les Miserables" is so-so ... some songs are not for teenagers, but some are a good choice. Of course there are bad guys and stuff, but it is no longer original. I hope this helped.
