I suffered from Bell's palsy earlier this year in March to be exact. In my case, symptoms began after a sudden I woke up one day and left my face froze for about 3 weeks. I was also prescribed prednisone, but at first I did not notice the lack of energy. I went to work and not allow to interrupt my daily activities. After 3 weeks I started to notice small improvements, such as tingling and cramping in her eyes. After 4 weeks, they recovered to 80%. of the 6th Week I was back to normal recovery to 100%. Once you begin to regain movement, the lack of movement of the nerve damage, but rubbed his face with his fingers relieves the pain.
