Sli Cable How Do You Install A Second Sli Video Card?

How do you install a second sli video card? - sli cable

I know how to say it, but you must install the driver software? I have 1 and it works, but with a second do u just put in SLI cable connection and make the switch to dual display mode on the motherboard?
The board is an ASUS P5Q-E.
